Helpdesk with French (No sales)- Monday To Friday

Welcome to MST Holding! We are looking for French speakers with an excellent level of English to join our amazing Helpdesk Team in Barcelona! RESPONSIBILITIES Join us as a Part-Time or Full Time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices. Your daily tasks will include: ·Handling customer inquiries via phone and chat. ·Providing technical support and troubleshooting. ·Supporting customers from the UK and French markets. ·Delivering a high-quality customer experience while resolving technical issues efficiently. WHAT WE OFFER ·Permanent contract. ·Monday to Friday schedule – weekends are for relaxing! ·Full-time position, with a fixed split schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ·Part-time position, with a fixed split schedule from 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM. ·Annual gross salary: - 20 hours/week: €9,257.70 gross per year, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €80 gross (up to €984.62 gross per year). - 39h/week: €19,623.91, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year). ·Two weeks of training at the Barcelona work centre, scheduled to begin on 31th August.
