Hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect

Salary: $15,000 – $20,000 per month

About the role

A highly experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion HCM) solutions. This role will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and integrated HCM architectures that align with enterprise strategy and HR transformation goals. Interacting with the customer face-to-face is critical in their Sydney office. The consultant should be senior enough to lead the solution discussions with the customer independently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across all modules including Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules

• Define scalable, secure, and integrated HCM architectures that align with enterprise strategy and HR transformation goals

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

• Strong integration knowledge

• Ability to lead solution discussions with customers independently
