Summary
Lead Habitat Omaha's Home Repair Project Management Team, overseeing residential repair projects from planning through delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, compliance, quality standards, and workplace safety.
The Home Improvement Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading Habitat Omaha's Home Repair Project Management Team and ensuring the successful delivery of residential repair projects that support safe, healthy, and affordable housing. This position provides strategic oversight of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, compliance, quality standards, and workplace safety across the Home Repair Program. At times, ability to perform other duties when needed.
The Senior Project Manager supervises project management staff and is accountable for recruiting, developing, coaching, and evaluating team members. This role also establishes and maintains strong relationships with contractors and trade partners to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Habitat Omaha's quality and safety expectations.
