Location: Texcoco, State of Mexico (100% on-site, Mon-Fri 9am–6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Housing operations.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to continuously improve services.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns to enhance hospitality offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for safety, hygiene, and service excellence.
• Organize staff training sessions on safety protocols and operational improvements.
• Drive revenue growth through effective business planning and targeted marketing.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Resolve complex issues and handle customer escalations.
• Perform staff performance evaluations and support professional development.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise managing financial operations across multiple hospitality business lines.
• Advanced conversational English (C1 level essential).
• Advanced IT skills: Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP (Dynamics AX preferred).
• Availability for 100% on-site work in Texcoco, Monday to Friday.
