Hospitality Operations Manager
Field-based hospitality operations role responsible for stewarding homes and owner relationships, coordinating housekeeping and hospitality teams, supporting guest readiness, resolving in-stay issues, and maintaining owner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned homes are functional, clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Manage housekeepers, including scheduling, task assignment, performance monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
- Prioritize and delegate inspections, restocks, and other hospitality tasks.
- Visit homes regularly to maintain property expertise and anticipate guest or owner issues.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for assigned homeowners.
- Coordinate with Guest Experience and Maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
- Approve solutions such as guest compensation and owner cost-sharing when needed.
- Monitor guest review scores and help improve performance.
- Support inventory accuracy, property care, onboarding, revenue, field-team alignment, process updates, team training, and cross-coverage.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of operational experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating or delivering fieldwork in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven problem-solving ability and urgency.
- Comfort using mobile and desktop task-management tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Frequent travel within the Pinellas County market.
- Availability for weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; H-1B sponsorship is unavailable.
- Successful completion of a background investigation.
