HR Business Analyst - Systems and Processes (m/f/d)

About your tasks:

• Act as a trusted partner to HR teams: Facilitate workshops, gather and challenge business requirements, and translate them into clear functional requirements for Workday modules and broader data and analytics needs.
• Turn processes into opportunities: Analyse existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and connect business needs with the capabilities of Workday and other tools and systems.
• Drive process change: Manage and support improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation, bringing together stakeholders across HR, IT and other relevant teams.
• Strengthen process quality and governance: Ensure HR processes are clearly documented in line with ISO standards and implement and maintain a central HR process repository together with Quality Management.
• Support compliance and internal controls: Contribute to internal and external ISO audits and implement and manage the HR Internal Control Framework (ICF), including the follow-up of findings and requirements.
• Help shape HR priorities: Support the HR Roadmap and broader governance, risk and reporting activities, ensuring alignment between HR teams, the Workday team and other key stakeholders.

About you:

• You bring a collaborative and stakeholder-focused mindset, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, Quality Management, Audit and other teams.
• You are comfortable turning priorities into action, coordinating process optimization initiatives and keeping different stakeholders aligned around a shared roadmap.
• You have a solution-driven mindset and enjoy working with HR Business Partners, AI and Data experts to turn insights into better decisions and processes.
• You combine business understanding with technical affinity, enabling you to partner effectively with Workday or other technical teams and translate business needs into high-quality solutions.
• You have a strong eye for quality, governance and compliance and are comfortable working with frameworks such as ISO standards and Internal Control Frameworks (ICF).
• You communicate clearly, challenge constructively and are confident navigating a cross-functional and international environment.
