• Partner with operational leaders to align workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design with overall production objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations, and fair resolution of internal operational issues.
• Lead talent acquisition strategy, succession planning, and Capability development across shift-based and technical workforce teams.
• Execute performance management initiatives, supervisory coaching programs, and structured career progression frameworks.
• Oversee site compliance, return-to-work programs, and continuous improvement initiatives in close partnership with health and safety units.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner within an industrial, production, or operational environment.
• Strong familiarity with regional labor regulations, workforce metrics analysis, and employee relations practices.
• Experience managing diverse talent pools, including hourly, shift-based, and professional personnel.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and organizational change management.
