Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission, vision, and business goals
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
• Guide the crafting of strategic HR programs for business subsidiaries

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
