What you'll do
We are looking for a part-time student to support the HR team during the migration to a new HR system. You will assist with transferring, uploading, and organizing documents while working closely with the HR Project Management team to ensure a smooth and accurate migration process.
This is a part-time student position starting as soon as possible for 6 months, with flexible working arrangements to accommodate your studies.
Your key accountabilities are:
Upload and transfer HR documents into the new HR system.
Organize and maintain digital employee records.
Review files for accuracy and completeness during the migration.
Work closely with the HR Project Management team on migration-related tasks.
Support the HR team with administrative and data entry activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Balance assigned tasks effectively alongside your university studies.
