HR & GA Manager (Based on Dumai Riau)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the managerial level of HR&GA.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and Human Resource management best practices, with the ability to implement policies and procedures that comply with the corporate policies & regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to manage team.
• Excellent time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Candidates domiciled in Dumai or Pekanbaru area are preferable.
• Male, age 47-51 years old preferable

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• This position will report directly to the GM and matrix report to Head of HR Indonesia in Jakarta.
• This position will responsible for overseeing Human Resource Management, employee relations, industrial relation, recruitment, performance appraisal, people development, and benefit administration within the company's operations. Additionally, this role will handle general administrative tasks, such as coordinating office maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
