HR Generalist
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· To deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient planning and execution of work processes.
· Participate in the formulation of objectives for personnel policies and procedures.
· Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, processes and procedures to the employees.
· To source, identify and select suitable candidates according to approved manpower planning (and also new Manpower Requisition), as per the agreed time levels and budgets.
· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
· Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
· Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
· Undertake tasks assigned around performance appraisal management.
· Manage the organization’s employee files.
· To act as a focal point for employee issues & deliver a specified level of HR service to the employees in accordance with Company policies, procedures.
· Coordinate with payroll team on matters related to leave, final settlements, and other matters.
· Prepare required reports as well as special reports as requested.
· Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
· To document/record information, maintain files, process all paper work and to perform day to day administrative tasks
· Responsible for follow up of the insurance claims (life / Personal Accidents / Workmen’s Compensation).
· Additional tasks related to HR & Admin as assigned by your reporting supervisor
Skills
Educational Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline, MBA/ Post Graduate in HR/ Sales.
Experience
3-5 years in a similar role. Experience in Logistics favorable.

Language Skills
Speak read and write in English / Arabic added advantage.
