HR Generalist (L&D)**Oil & Gas /Hybrid

Supporting as a HR Generalist including recruitment, staff welfare and training & development.
Training & Development - performance management, to ensure all staff have the relevant skills to increase productivity
Support in overall technical training programs in manufacturing areas
Plan and coordinate in house and external training - perform evaluation on training & assessment
Monitor and maintain proper training records
Support leader to develop and manage technical training curriculum for business units
Handle all employee matters - counselling, grievances etc.
Online processing of work pass for foreign workers
