📍 Location: Changi South
📄 Employment: Permanent
💰 Salary: Up to $7,000/month
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

👥 What You'll Be Doing

Payroll & HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for a workforce of 70+ employees
• Handle payroll-related administration, attendance, overtime and employee records
• Ensure payroll information is accurate and processed within timelines
• Handle day-to-day HR operational matters independently

🔎 Recruitment
• Manage recruitment for blue-collar employees
• Source, screen and coordinate hiring for operational roles
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation
• Work closely with the operations team to understand manpower requirements

🏭 Hands-On Operations
• Provide HR support directly at the factory / operational floor
• Handle employee enquiries and day-to-day workforce matters
• Work closely with operational teams and management to resolve HR issues
• Be comfortable moving between HR administration and hands-on operational support

📋 General HR
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and exits
• Handle HR administrative matters and employee queries
• Support HR policies, processes and compliance requirements
• Perform other HR-related duties as required
