HR Manager
Lead and manage all Human Resources
functions, aligning people strategy with business objectives while ensuring
compliance with Jordanian Labour Law, Social Security requirements, Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
Develop performance based human resources
systems aligned with business objective.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop and implement HR
strategy aligned with business objectives.
·Lead workforce planning,
recruitment, onboarding and employer branding.
·Manage performance management,
succession planning and talent reviews.
·Review and improve on KPIs
aligned with job descriptions and organizational objectives.
·Develop learning, leadership
development and competency frameworks.
·Manage employee relations,
investigations, disciplinary actions and engagement initiatives.
·Administer compensation,
benefits and coordinate payroll with Finance.
·Maintain HR policies, HRIS,
personnel records and HR dashboards.
·Ensure compliance with
Jordanian Labour Law, Social Security Corporation regulations and HR-related
GMP requirements.
·Support internal and external
audits and maintain training records for inspection readiness.
·Partner with Manufacturing, QA,
QC, Engineering, Supply Chain and other departments.
·Lead and develop the HR team
and drive continuous improvement.
RequirementsQualifications
·Bachelor's Degree in Human
Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a
related discipline.
·Master's Degree in Human
Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred.
·Professional HR certification
is preferred.
·Fluency in Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
Experience
·8–15 years of progressive HR
experience.
·Minimum 3–5 years in an HR
Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role.
·Experience within
pharmaceutical manufacturing or another regulated manufacturing environment is
highly preferred.
·Experience supporting
manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain functions.
