Job Description :

• Managing And Executing End-to-end HR Matter On Site
• Understanding Site Needs, Problems, And Finding A Solution For Each Needs
• Handling Industrial And Community Relation Matters Around The Area
• Working Together With Other Functions To Ensure Smoothness Of Site
• Strategically Planning The Growth And Business Development Of The Company

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 8 years experience within human resources, 5 years in managerial position
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Proven track record of being top HR position on site
• Previous experience in multinational company and local conglomerates are a huge plus
• Experienced in mining and smelting industry
• Good communication skill, able to work in a matrix organization
