Job Description:
For your information, currently our client who is a well-established brand in the retail F&B Industry is looking for HR Manager to join their team as descripted below:
- Leading the recruitment process, developing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and conducting disciplinary procedures.
- Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and promoting employee development.
- Administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing compensation and payroll.
- Developing training programs, identifying training needs, and overseeing employee development initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures manuals, ensuring they align with company culture and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience as HR Manager.
- Experienced in retail/FMCG/F&B Industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and navigate complex situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in HR software and information systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
