Job Description:

Currently our client, a well established brand in the Beauty industry is looking for HR Manager in Malang area.

Job Requirements:

- Min S1 (Bachelor Degree).

- Min 3 years of working experience as HR Manager.

- Having experience leading a team.

- Experience in HR or a related field is preferred, with some positions requiring proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. HR Managers need to be adept at building relationships, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and relevant HR information systems is necessary.
