Job Description:
Currently our client, a well established brand in the Beauty industry is looking for HR People Development Manager in Malang area as descripted below:
- Min S1 (Bachelor Degree).
- Min 3 years of working experience as HR Manager.
- Having experience leading a team.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and relevant HR information systems is necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Performance management and development.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- Employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
