HR Recruiter, Up $4.2K

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Working location: Near Stadium MRT
Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process
• Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Prepare and administration of contracts for new hires and staff movement.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data protection regulations.

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Well-versed with Workday, HRP and recruitment platforms
• Knowledge in strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, TAFEP guidelines and industrial relations
• Strong time management and priorities management skills
