Job Description
- Overview and manage the day-to-day human resources function, including Industrial Relation function
- Becoming a solid business partner for management and users to provide insights and strategies in relation to people
- Managing and maintaining good relationship with labor union to ensure productive environment for all level of the organization
- Driving policy implementation, improvement and development of organization, and digitization of HR function
Requirement
- Open for relocation to Batam
- Previous experiences in manufacturing company, preferably with a large number of workforce
- 10 years of experience within HR function, minimum 4 years within management
- Previous experiences in handling labor union
- Previous experiences in implementing change and digitisation of HR system
- Fluency in Bahasa and English Language
