Job Description Summary:

The HR Workday Analyst is responsible for the configuration, testing, administration, reporting, and ongoing optimization of Workday HCM functionality. This position partners with HR functional teams to understand business requirements, configure solutions, resolve system issues, and support enhancements to existing HR processes to ensure Workday functionality effectively supports organizational needs.

Position Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes and related functionality.
  • Configure condition rules, approvals, notifications, calculated fields, and other Workday components.
  • Partner with HR functional leads and subject matter experts to understand business requirements.
  • Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and self-service solutions.
  • Coordinate testing with HR functional stakeholders and validate configuration changes prior to production deployment.
  • Participate in Workday release activities and testing.
  • Partner with IT on integrations, technical issues, system updates, and other technical activities.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze Workday reports to support HR reporting requirements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify discrepancies, improve data integrity, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain HR system documentation, job aids, and training materials, and provide guidance to HR users.

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience
    • 3 years of experience supporting Workday, including configuration and testing required
