Job Description:

• Handle End-to-end Human Resources Function For Head Office
• Manage The HR Team Located On Site
• Creating, Initiating, And developing HR Programs Such As KPI And Talent Development
• Communicating Closely With Top Management On company Policies, Values, And Cultures
• Managing Processes Of Human Resources To Ensure Productive Function And Organization
• Handle And Manage The GA Function For Site

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experiences in human resources function, 5 years within managerial level
• Previous experiences in Coal Mining companies, especially within Kalimantan sites
• Proven experiences in setting up HR structures and function, from MPP to KPI
• Willing to work fully from office in Tangerang area
• Good communciations and negotiation skills, able to engage with both top management and site personnels
