HSSE Manager (Renewable Energy)

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of HSSE assurance frameworks, ensuring consistent implementation of global safety management systems and compliance with corporate standards across regional and international operations.
Conduct risk-based audits, inspections, and maturity assessments to evaluate HSSE performance, identify gaps, and drive timely closure of corrective actions.
Review and strengthen HSSE governance, leadership accountability, roles, responsibilities, and critical control processes to enhance operational safety and risk management.
Oversee the integrity of HSSE performance data, leverage analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and drive digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance safety performance.
Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs while promoting knowledge sharing and lessons learned across business units and geographies.
Develop and deliver HSSE training programs to strengthen safety awareness, competency, and compliance at all levels of the organization, including frontline operations.
