The Ohio Industrial Commission (OIC), Office of Human Resources, is seeking two experienced HR professionals with recruitment and selection experience, knowledge of job analysis, strong organizational skills, and a high attention to detail. The selected individuals must have strong customer service skills and a commitment to confidentiality while performing advanced human resources subprograms for assigned areas (e.g., recruitment & selection, content-valid assessment/selection design, job analysis, & classification plan compliance).
