Job Description
- Lead The Human Resources Function And Provide Strategic Direction To The Organization
- Act As A Strategic Business Partner To The Leadership Team In The Areas Of HR, Government Relations, And General Affairs
- Managing HR Operations, Including HRIS, Payroll, And Benefits Administration, And Ensuring That All HR Processes Are Efficient And Effective
- Ensuring Compliance With All Applicable Employment Laws And Regulations, And Staying Up-to-date With Changes To Labor Laws
- Developing And Implementing Effective Employee Relations Strategies To Ensure That The Organization Has A Positive Work Culture, And Resolving Conflicts And Grievances As Needed
- Manage Relationship With Labor Union And Other External Organzations
Requirement
- At least 12 years of experience in HR Management, preferably with a background in the logistics or manufacturing industries
- Previous experience of working in a matrix structure and in a highly unionized environment
- Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders in the national and regional level
- Excellent English-speaking and communication skills
- Well-rounded understanding of current manpower regulations
- Experience in leading the HR function for a large sized organization with over 500 employees
