Job Description
- Provide Support For Current And Future Business Requirements Through Employee Development, Engagement, And Motivation.
- Create, Monitor, And Enhance HR Strategies, Systems, Tactics, And Procedures Across The Organization.
- Cultivate A Conducive And Positive Working Environment.
- Develop And Execute HR Strategies And Initiatives That Are In Alignment With The Overall Business Strategy.
- Foster Positive Management And Employee Relations By Addressing Employee Demands, Grievances, And Other Related Issues.
- Handle Administrative Tasks, Including Those Related To The Canteen And Facility Team.
- Manage Compensation And Benefits Programs.
- Oversee And Manage A Performance Appraisal System Aimed At Driving High Performance.
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR functions, with a focus on HR management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
- Experience in a multinational services environment is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
