Job Description

• Act As An Expert To Administrators And Staff In Regard To Arrangements And Systems
• Manage And Screen Inner HR Frameworks And Information Bases
• Plan And Carry Out Organizational Strategies, Company Costs And Budget, And Key HR Measurement Strategy

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 2+ years of experience at the management level
• Preferably coming from a Multinational Manufacturing or FMCG background
• Professional level of English proficiency
• Proven skills in Compensation and Benefits, Corporate Budget Planning, Operations, and Policies
