Human Resources Specialist - Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

• This position will be reporting directly to the Operational Manager
• He/she will be responsible of overseeing the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development programs.
• Oversee the Corporate Affair including Employee relation, and General Affair.
• To localize, support, and standardize the Corporate HR Policies, procedures, and processes for the Indonesia region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychologies, Chinese Literature, or other related
• Minimum of 3 years working experiences needed for HR, IR, or GA fields.
• Have working proficiency of Mandarin Speaking (Minimum HSK4/5 out of HSK8)
• Good understanding of HR-related matters, and regulations that subjugates within the employee resolvement in Indonesia
