HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR

The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of onboarding, pre-employment compliance, and employee relations support functions at Mary Cariola Center. This role directly supervises the HR Specialist(s) and HR Assistant and ensures that all onboarding and compliance processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The HR Supervisor partners closely with the Human Capital Manager (HCM) to implement HR strategies and ensure high-quality service delivery across the employee lifecycle. This role also serves as a key resource to supervisors and managers by providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace practices.
