Human Resource Specialist – U.S. Army (Entry-Level, No Experience Needed)

The U.S. Army is hiring Human Resource Specialists to manage personnel records, administrative functions, and support services for soldiers. This entry-level role is critical to maintaining soldier readiness, morale, and operational success. No prior experience required.

What You'll Do:

Perform administrative and personnel tasks for all ranks and roles.
Manage soldier records, benefits, and assignments.
Maintain confidential and sensitive personnel data.
Ensure unit readiness through effective HR support.

Pay: $40,000–$80,000 per year.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551).
Ages 17–34.
High school diploma or GED.
No felonies or open legal cases.
Must pass drug screening and background check.
Must be in good physical health.
Minimum scores: 100 GT and 90 CL on the ASVAB.
Eligible for Secret security clearance.
