HVAC sales cum project manager
Job description
Should be able to handle total operations like Sales and marketing, project handling, handling a team of site engineers from project acquisition to execution
- Team Leadership: Supervise HVAC site engineers, handle scheduling, and coordinate training.
- Process & Quality Control: Design standard operating procedures (SOPs), run quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety rules.
- Supply & Resource Management: Track inventory for parts and equipment, manage logistics, and monitor supplier relations.
- Financial & Data Oversight: Manage operational budgets, analyze performance data through KPIs, and drive cost efficiency
- Analyze market trends and track competitor pricing and activities.
- Plan advertising campaigns and digital outreach to increase brand visibility.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Align product offerings with customer needs and energy standards
- Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics for the team.
- Train staff on product features and customer service skills.
- Oversee CRM records, sales reports, and budget allocation
