HVAC Senior Draftsman

To prepare accurate and detailed HVAC drawings for construction and coordination based on project specifications, design documents, and site conditions, ensuring alignment with authority regulations and engineering standards.

• Develop HVAC shop drawings, sections, and details based on design drawings and coordination requirements.
• Prepare builders’ work drawings, sleeve layouts, and penetration drawings.
• Coordinate HVAC layouts with other services (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Structural, and Architectural).
• Incorporate site mark-ups and revise drawings as required by site engineers and consultants.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings at the end of the project.
• Maintain drawing logs and ensure timely submission of drawings to consultants/clients.
• Ensure drawings comply with local regulations, project specifications, and relevant standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with engineers and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Attend coordination meetings if required to clarify drawing details.
• Provide guidance and support to junior draftsmen, if any.
