Hyatt House Sales Manager - Entry Level

Hyatt House New Orleans Downtown is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven, and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. The focus of this position is both on group room sales and corporate negotiated volume accounts, including corporate, association, sports, social, and other business segments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and securing group room revenue that supports the hotel's overall revenue goals.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will actively prospect for new group business, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships throughout the sales process. This role will work closely with hotel operations and revenue teams to ensure successful execution of group programs while consistently achieving group room revenue goals. The position also requires participation in networking events, hotel tours, and community outreach efforts to promote the property and expand market presence.
