Our strategic approach is designed to leapfrog today’s untenable status quo, helping clients take advantage of next generation technologies and approaches to realize more effective and sustainable security.
You are:
ICS/OT Architect dedicated to securing the industrial systems that keep the nation’s critical infrastructure operating. You understand PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial protocols, and you’re comfortable navigating environments ranging from water/wastewater and power generation to data centers, manufacturing lines, and central utility plants. You blend hands‑on analysis with framework‑aligned assessments to help clients reduce cybersecurity risk across their OT environments.
The Work:
- Perform security assessments of OT/ICS environments using IEC 62443 and/or NIST SP 800‑82 frameworks, including full gap analyses and remediation planning.
- Conduct OT asset discovery, build baseline reports, and identify deviations in system behavior.
- Execute network traffic analysis, protocol‑level inspection, and review of industrial network devices.
- Assess and refine IT–OT DMZ architectures to ensure secure interoperability between operational and enterprise networks.
- Use OT detection technology to analyze vulnerabilities, monitor traffic, and enhance situational awareness.
- Develop industrial risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and remediation roadmaps that reduce cybersecurity exposure across multiple sites.
- Analyze and report on vulnerabilities, threat activity, and industrial protocol weaknesses, providing recommendations to executive and mission partners.
Here’s what you need:
- 3 years of Cyber experience
- Experience in developing cybersecurity solutions and/or policies for utility industry environments (e.g., electric substations, water treatment facilities, power generation facilities, natural gas environments, etc.)
- Experience assessing OT systems against IEC 62443 / NIST SP 800‑82 or similar frameworks
- Experience with ICS/OT network devices, industrial protocols, and SCADA/PLC/HMI platforms
- Experience conducting vulnerability analysis, network data review, threat hunting, or incident response in OT environments
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear briefings for leaders
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with OT monitoring tools
- Experience in sectors such as water/wastewater, energy, nuclear, data centers, or industrial utilities.
