ICT BUSINESS SALES CONSULTANT
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year + Commission
About the role
We are seeking an experienced, driven ICT Business Sales Consultant to join our team at PBS Limited in Palmerston North. This full-time role is crucial in helping our company achieve its strategic objectives by securing new business and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identifying and approaching prospective clients to generate new sales opportunities
Conducting detailed needs analyses to understand client requirements and proposing tailored ICT solutions
Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals
Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
Providing excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and the pipeline
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in business sales
A strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and the ability to identify and address client needs are preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certification in sales or technical disciplines would be an advantage
