ICT SUPPORT (Assets and Administration)
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to join our team. We are particularly supportive of employees with family or school-aged childcare commitments.
With a focus on providing administration support to the existing team, this role will also be involved in the provisioning and supporting end-user technology, including laptop imaging, mobile device management, user onboarding and offboarding for our TAS Operations, as well as asset management and maintaining secure ICT environments in line with ISO 27001 requirements.

Duties will include
Maintain ICT asset registers and inventory records to ensure equipment is accurately tracked and allocated.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including creating user accounts and providing access to systems and technology.
Procurement, set up and deployment of devices for staff and network devices for sites.
Help monitor and update helpdesk requests, escalating more complex issues when required.
Support the delivery of ICT projects, device rollouts and office technology upgrades.
Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with auditing ICT assets and records.
Assist with maintaining compliance with organisational policies and information security requirements.
Work with staff, suppliers and service providers to support day-to-day ICT operations
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills and attributes:
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience in an ICT support, customer service or similar role.
Proven administrative and record keeping skills
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent support to staff and stakeholders.
Strong computer literacy and confidence using a range of technology platforms and applications.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable (but not essential):
Exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows device deployment, helpdesk systems, mobile device management or ICT asset management.
