ICT Support Assistant Staff
We are looking for an ICT & Media Support Assistant to support the school's ICT operations, digital communications, and event technology needs. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with technology, photography, videography, and providing technical support in a school environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and track the loan of school ICT devices (e.g., iPads) and support daily ICT resource bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors on device updates, application installation, and basic device maintenance.
- Upload and maintain school website content, including announcements, newsletters, and photo galleries.
- Provide photography and videography support for school events, including basic editing and archiving of media files.
- Manage and distribute e-Broadcast communications prepared by school staff.
- Maintain accurate records of ICT assets and conduct periodic inventory checks.
- Provide AV setup and operational support for school events, presentations, and assemblies.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic ICT and AV-related issues and escalate when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE/Highter Nitec
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, Email and Google Workspace
- Able to take photographs and videos using a DSLR camera
- Basic knowledge of audio mixing consoles, wireless microphone setups, and HDMI projection systems.
- Detail for web publishing, good organization skills
- This a Contract role for One year/extendable

- Contract from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 and another one-year extension
- 5days week from Mondays to Fridays: 7:0am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
