ICT Support Assistant Staff
Job Scope:
Manage school ICT devices, including iPads, loans, inventory, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate ICT resource bookings and liaise with MDM vendors for device updates and checks.
Upload and manage school announcements, newsletters, photos, and other content on Isomer Next.
Manage e-Broadcast uploads, scheduling, delivery, and basic troubleshooting.
Provide photography and videography support for school events, including basic editing and archiving.
Provide AV support for school events, including setup and operation of microphones, projectors, sound systems, and displays.
Maintain accurate records of ICT assets and report any missing or damaged equipment.
Qualifications
Diploma holder in one of the local polytechnics; or ITE graduate (or that of Higher Nitec)
Technical Skills (all are required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in Google Workspace and Gmail
Able to take photographs and videos using a DSLR camera
Basic knowledge of audio mixing consoles, wireless microphone setups, and HDMI projection systems
The Personnel should also possess the following soft skills and preferably 1 year or more relevant experience in school or ICT related environment
