Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales targets by proactively engaging prospects and clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries to provide clear immigration guidance
- Secure appointments and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize client contracts to ensure mutual agreement and compliance
- Manage client expectations, resolve complaints, and address sales-related issues to maintain satisfaction
- Report progress and updates regularly to the General Manager or Managing Director
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum "O" Level education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve a diverse client base
- Previous experience in immigration consultancy or related fields is preferred but not required due to provided training
- Demonstrated independence, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach
