Job Summary

You will manage customer inquiries and sales processes, coordinate with internal teams, and demonstrate equipment operations to customers, contributing to successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to walk-in, phone, and website inquiries to provide accurate information and support customer needs
• Prepare detailed quotations and specification sheets to facilitate customer decision-making and sales closure
• Track and follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate effectively with operations, installers, and service teams to support smooth project execution
• Demonstrate equipment operations to customers to enhance understanding and promote product benefits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes
• Passion for sales to drive motivation and achieve sales targets
• Eligibility for commission to incentivize performance
• Ability to work late to accommodate customer and operational needs
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers
