Job Description:
- Provide ongoing technical support and monitoring of production and development systems and networks, and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
- Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
- Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
- Perform Data Transfer Officer duties in support of customer requirements.
Here's what you'll need:
- 8 to 10+ years of experience with Capacity & Performance Monitoring
- 8 to 10+ years of experience Infrastructure Monitoring, Infrastructure Service Incident Management, and IT Infrastructure Operations
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $130,200—$265,300 USD
