Job Description
- Develop And Implement Facilities And Services Plan For The Mining Area, Taking Into Account Current And Future Needs
- Oversee The Design And Construction Of Infrastructure Projects, Ensuring They Meet The Highest Standards Of Quality, Safety And Sustainability
- Manage Budgets, Schedules, And Resources To Ensure Projects Are Completed On Time, Within Budget, And To The Highest Standards
- Work Closely With A Range Of Stakeholders, Including Government Agencies And Contractors, To Build Strong Relationships And Ensure Projects Are Delivered In A Way That Meets The Needs Of All Parties
- Prepare Reports And Presentations On The Progress Of Projects, And Provide Regular Updates To Senior Management And Other Stakeholders
- Manage A Team Of Professionals, Providing Guidance, Mentorship, And Support To Ensure They Are Able To Deliver Their Best Work
- Ensure That All Projects Are Delivered In Accordance With Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Policies, And That The Highest Standards Of Ethics And Transparency Are Upheld At All Times
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with experience managing infrastructure & facilities projects such as airports, Roads, Drainage, and Housings
- Knowledgeable on subcontract management, including project controls, configuration management, risk management, schedule and cost control
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
