Requirements
We are looking to add a Inside Sales professional with experience in the clinical trials industry. This is an individual contributor role and ideal for someone who is highly comfortable managing their priorities without being micromanaged. This person will support full service CRO growth in the Cardiometabolic business unit through lead generation, prospecting, market research, and opportunity qualification. They will independently develop and execute complex prospecting strategies, nurture qualified leads, and contribute directly to pipeline growthBenefits
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in science or health field
- Knowing the Clinical Research industry is a plus clinical industry experience required
- 3+ years professional experience; 1-2 years inside sales/business development experience with proven ability to create commercial opportunities..
- Persuasive communicator, able to create positive rapport with prospects quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering clear and positive interactions.
- High adaptability and flexibility, thriving in evolving and fast‑changing environments.
