Inside Sales Representative (West, 5 Days, $4.3k)

Salary: up to $4,300

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, orders and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate pricing with internal teams.
• Monitor orders, stock availability, deliveries and backlogs.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve service, quality and delivery issues.
• Support account development, customer projects, forecasts and new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales reports and ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of relevant sales, customer service or supply chain experience
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Independent, organised and able to work effectively in a team
• Singaporean only need apply
