Institutional Sales Representative
The Institutional Sales Representative will identify, engage, and manage relationships with custodians, asset managers, banks, venture capital firms, and other financial institutions. The role develops sales strategies, drives adoption of the Institutional Hub, customizes staking and governance services, researches markets, collaborates across functions, and represents the business at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage institutional clients, including custodians, asset managers, banks, and venture capital firms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Drive adoption of Colossus Digital's solutions and Institutional Hub.
- Identify market opportunities and refine sales approaches with the CRO.
- Articulate the value of products and customize staking and governance solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product development and strategy.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Contribute to sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Leverage professional networks to identify and engage potential clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or digital assets.
- Proven track record of originating and closing institutional deals.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and staking infrastructure.
- Familiarity with institutional finance and the needs of custodians, asset managers, and banks.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, collaborative, tech-savvy, and adaptable.
