Insurance Business Development Reinsurance
Support the launch and growth of PayPay’s life insurance business by leading reinsurance-related work and participating in strategy-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop reinsurance strategies for the life insurance business
- Design reinsurance schemes
- Negotiate, execute, and manage reinsurance contracts with reinsurers
- Assess risk transfer and capital-efficiency optimization as the business grows
Requirements
- Experience in life reinsurance operations, including reinsurance strategy, contract negotiation, execution, and management
- At least three years of experience in financial services with outstanding results
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial services
- Experience developing strategies and business plans
- Communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Preferred: insurance product development, management or risk management, actuarial or CFA certification, project management, external negotiation, market research, and business English
