Job Description
- This Is A Managerial Function
- The Successful Candidate Will Need To Manage Resources Within The Business Both Locally And Regionally, Across Teams, To Help The Sales Team Win The Opportunities And Stand Out Amongst Competitors
- He/she Should Be Able To Help Sales Team To Bring "the Best Service" To Clients And Prospects Beside Monitoring And Reporting The Sales Process KPIs
Requirement
- 5+ years professional work experience in insurance industry, ideally in client service, marketing, sales, or bid (RFP) management
- Proficiency in all Microsoft application and design graphic to provide high quality proposal and presentation
- Fluently in English both written and verbal is preferred
- University degree and/ or a professional qualification (preferably Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field) from a renowned university
- Solid project management skills and organisational skills, including ability to adapt to changing time pressures/flexibility
- Experience in the development of custom strategic content (leveraging strategic messaging/value propositions) and strong editing skills required
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting all deadlines
- Highly motivated and result-driven
