Friends of Switchpoint is a non-profit organization that has been serving individuals, families, and veterans in Utah who are experiencing poverty and homelessness since 2014.

PURPOSE:
Help individuals and families on their journey to stable housing and greater self-sufficiency by providing compassionate support, guidance, and personalized case management. In this role, you'll develop meaningful case plans, connect clients with community resources and housing programs, and help them secure affordable housing that aligns with their needs, budgets, and program guidelines. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, empathetic, and passionate about making a lasting impact in the community.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus and offer an additional opportunity to serve and connect with a diverse population.
