Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Intake Support Coordinator for our Metro Square campus in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full Time days position working Monday - Friday.
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous medical office experience and obtains excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Intake Support Coordinator, Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining good relationships.
- Identifying new areas of opportunity.
- Acting as a liaison for referral sources.
- Promoting harmonious relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, office staff, and patients to ensure coordination of care.
- Working under the direction of the Clinical Program Development Manager.
