Integration Engineer Product Delivery & Customer Service

Own partner onboarding from kickoff through production go-live, provide ongoing technical support, integrate partner systems with API and on-chain components, run UAT, validate transactions and wallet operations, and coordinate with engineering, product, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of B2B partners across API and on-chain touchpoints.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for partners on API documentation, smart wallet integrations, and blockchain queries.
• Conduct UAT and certification checks for transaction flows, wallet operations, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot API calls, webhook failures, and on-chain transaction issues.
• Maintain and improve integration guides, API documentation, and technical runbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, or integrations-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Insomnia, or similar API testing tools.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, wallets, transactions, EVM basics, and ERC-20 token standards.
• Experience with blockchain explorers and log management tools.
• Understanding of account abstraction, smart wallets, and MPC wallet infrastructure.
• Experience with stablecoins, payment rails, or fintech and crypto products.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and focus on outcomes.
